Is Rosu a recipe website?
Rosu focuses on troubleshooting and technique. Use a complete recipe for ingredient quantities, then use a guide to investigate a specific problem.
Are these laboratory tests?
No. The guides explain practical possibilities and link to relevant reading. The photo archive is illustrative, not a documented experimental record.
Do I have to buy new equipment?
Usually the first step is observation: temperature, timing, quantities and handling. A suitable thermometer or scale can answer particular questions, but no guide requires buying through Rosu.
Where are my saved notes?
On the browser and device where you wrote them. Notes are not synced or uploaded. Download a note if you need a separate copy.
