Browsing the site

You can read the guides without an account. This edition has no newsletter signup, payment form, analytics tracker or advertising script. The hosting provider may process routine request data such as IP addresses and server logs to deliver and protect the site.

Saved guides and private notes

If you save a guide or a cooking note, the site stores it in your browser using local storage. It is not sent to Rosu by these features. Saved content is specific to that browser and device; clearing browser data may remove it. Use the saved-guides page or the guide’s clear-note button to remove it.

Contacting Rosu

An email you send contains the address, message and attachments you choose to provide. Email services process that correspondence to deliver it. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

External websites

Reference links open independent websites with their own privacy practices. Rosu does not control those sites. Images and the site’s design assets are served locally rather than loaded from social widgets or embedded videos.

Advertising and analytics

No advertising or analytics technology is active in this edition. If such services are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before those services start collecting data.
